Complete Your High School Education
Peninsula College offers adults 19 years of age or older who did not complete high school the opportunity to acquire a valid diploma which meets State of Washington requirements. An individual (21 years or older) who completes an Associate degree, or a Running Start student who completes an Associate degree, may be awarded a state high school diploma from the college upon written request from the student. For information, contact: Pirate Central at (360) 417-6341.
Peninsula College also offers the HS21+ program which is designed for adult learners, 21 years of age and older, who are interested in acquiring their high school diploma. HS21+ classes prepare students for college and career pathways while fulfilling the high school diploma requirements of Washington State. Credits earned in HS21+ courses count toward a high school diploma only and cannot be used as dual high school/college credits. Students have the potential to use life experience to earn high school credit and credit is awarded based on competency rather than seat time.
