This course explores cloud technologies' strategic implications and practical applications in contemporary business environments. The course examines cloud computing principles, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS), and their role in driving organizational agility, innovation, and cost-effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on understanding the strategic alignment of cloud initiatives with organizational goals, evaluating the economic and competitive impact of cloud solutions, and effectively managing cloud resources to maximize value.
