HR-BAS 300: Principals of Human Resource Management

This course is designed to provide an overview of the Human Resource (HR) function in organizations. This course covers the HR field from a strategic perspective and is specifically designed to provide students an overview of the field of Human Resources Management, including an historical perspective of HR, strategies for designing HR activities, and the roles and responsibilities of HR professionals. Participants will have contact with HR professionals. This class may include students from multiple sections.
