Introduction to Algebra, equivalent to MATH 63. High School credit course that meets state high school graduation requirements for Washington State. Permission of instructor required. This class may include students from multiple sections.

BASED 53: HSE Math III

Essentials of Intermediate Algebra, equivalent to MATH 90. High School credit course that meets state high school graduation requirements for Washington State.  Permission of instructor required. This class may include students from multiple sections.

BASED 56: Civics

Credits 1 20

Civics course is meant to fulfill the social studies requirement for HS21+ students that are working towards completing their High School Diploma. This course will include federal, state and local government organization and procedures. It will also include information about rights and responsibilities of citizens in Washington State and United States Constitutions. The student will cover electoral issues, including elections, ballot measures, initiatives, and referendum. This class may include students from multiple sections.

BASED 58: Physical Education

BASED 80: World Languages

Credits 1 20

This theme-based course focuses on world languages with an independent study option for high school credit in world languages. Students can choose from multiple languages such as Spanish, French, American Sign Language, or Klallam. This class may include students from multiple sections.
